9 November Street

Samarskaya Street in the Oktyabrsky District was renamed in 9Noyabrya Street on 3 July 1924 by Novonikolayevsky Executive Committee (Gubispolkom) decision as on 9 November 1917 Novonikolayevsk got the first telegraph message about the victory of October Revolution in Petrograd. That very day there was a meeting of workers presenting Zakamenskaya city part where Yakushev, a member of RSDLP Obskaya group, brought the news.
