Case № А45-27669/2012 on representation and protection of interests of State budgetary institution Property Fund of the Novosibirsk region

OOO "The Agency of Competitive Bidding" filed a complaint to the state budgetary institution of the Novosibirsk region “Property Fund of the Novosibirsk region” about the removal of obstacles in the use of property. The Arbitration Court of Novosibirsk Region stated the claims were satisfied.
The NSO “Property Fund of the Novosibirsk region” filed an appeal. The arbitration court of appeal granted it and revoked the decision of the Arbitration Court of the Novosibirsk Region in full. The court of cassation instance refused to satisfy the cassation appeal of OOO "The Agency of Competitive Bidding" and agreed with the arguments of the court of appellate instance and the NSO of the NSO "Novosibirsk Region Property Fund".
